In true meditation, we enter into absolute nothingness, a complete void of experience.

A seminar is an instructional technique involves generating a situation for a group to have guided interaction among themselves on different aspects or components of a topic, which is generally presented by one or more member, in this period of time our counsellor motivate to the addicts how to deal with addiction and motivates them to live life without using any chemical substance.
